Resume screening Suitable candidates are selected for each job.

Personality test Job performance capabilities and personality assessment are conducted through the personality test.

Interview Interviews are conducted to evaluate job performance capabilities and competencies.

Physical exam Candidate health is checked before final acceptance is posted.

Final acceptance Final acceptance is confirmed after the 3 month internship period.
